Sabelo Ntuli is the Branch Manager at the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) for Kwazulu Natal, based in Durban. The NYDA is a South African based agency established primarily to tackle challenges that the nation’s youth are faced with.
Sabelo Ntuli was born in KZN in Vryheid, attended school in the area until matriculation. He studied public management at Technikon Free State. He further studied project management at the university of pretoria and labour law at the Johannesburg university. Currently he is studying further public management at the DUT.
Sabelo Worked for the department of labour from frontline officer and rose through the ranks up to an assistant director position and was part of the secretariat that advised the minister of labour on conditions of employment and minimum wages. He joined the Nyda in 2012 as a branch manager responsible for the province of KZN, mainly focusing on youth development, skills development and business development for individuals and cooperatives.
He is passionate about youth development and protection of vulnerable people such as youth, women and people living with disability and advancing radical economic transformation amongst the youth. He is serving in the Shanduka Black Umbrellas advisory panel and the training and development advisory panel for the province.
